Queen's Recreation is pleased to offer... Fitness for Lunch… variety is the key to fitness success!

FITNESS MENU: 12:05-12:50pm

Mondays - Circuit Strength (Varsity Wtg Rm)
Wednesdays - Fitball Workout (Lower Studio)
Fridays - Pilates (Lower Studio)

Week #1: Dec. 1, 3, 5
Week #2: Dec. 8, 10, 12
Week #3: Dec. 15, 17, 19
Week #4: Jan. 5, 7, 9

$25.00 per week or $70.00 for all 4 weeks
